Production Systems Our various production systems are a combination of the best aspects of the ERP or "push" system along with the best features of the KANBAN or "pull' system.
Quality Adherence to standards for quality and reliability are not new ideas at St. Clair. Since 1951, we have been exceeding customer expectations by continually improving current technology and by providing cost-effective solutions without compromising the integrity of the designed system. In the fall of 1996, we became the first North American wire harness producer to achieve QS9000 certification. In 2002 we achieved TS-16949 certification. We were the first wire harness manufacturer in North America to achieve this status as well.
Manufacturing/Focused Factory Our commitment to the Focused Factory (Synchronous Manufacturing) concept has allowed us to streamline manufacturing in many ways, including better workflow, improved material handling, reduced inventory and better utilization of floor space.
Computer Systems We have the latest CAD technology and our complete on-line computer capabilities fulfill all AIAG standards.
