Return Policy

St. Clair Technologies Inc. expressly warrants all Components/Service Component Kits to A.I.A.G. commercial specifications.  Components and component kits are non- returnable.

       

Neither party shall be liable for a failure to perform that arises from causes or events beyond its reasonable control and without fault or negligence, including but not limited to acts of God or the public enemy, actions by any governmental authority, fires, riots, wars, sabotage, labor problems, (including lockouts, strikes and slowdowns), or inability to obtain materials.  The affected party shall give written notice of such delay, including the anticipated duration thereof, to the other party within 5 days of the beginning of the delay.  If the delay lasts more than 30 days or St. Clair Technologies Inc. does not provide adequate assurances that the delay will cease within 30 days, Buyer may immediately cancel this order without liability.
